Our cuisine is “fine casual”, offering a gastronomic experience in a casual setting.
Our dishes are authentic recipes with its roots from the local Marina Alta area, inspired by the ingredients sourced from local farmers, and a light touch of the South of France and Italian influence.
All dishes are prepared by our Chefs, using the market’s fresh ingredients of the day (don’t be surprised some dishes run out quickly, as a result). They are median sized portions, that can be shared with your loved ones or ordered individually.
Our Sky Bar is located on one of the hotel’s rooftop terraces, with a cozy tribal décor, looking out over the vast waters of Javea Bay.
The aim is for it to be a culinary cocktail destination for our guests, where they can enjoy mythical cocktails accompanied by some tasty tapas, all developed and created by in-house team of experts.
While you can always order your favorite cocktail, we would recommend you to indulge in one of our specialty cocktails, that go by mysterious names of Sherlock’s Pipe, The Japanese Journalist or Wild Cat Nomad.

Whether you prefer not to get up early or if you prefer the privacy of your room, room service is available between 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.
You can enjoy the Nomad Essential Breakfast from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., or snack at any time, without worrying about schedules.
All drinks from the Terra restaurant are available for consumption in the room (extra charge).
