Nomad Hospitality Group was born from the restless eyes of Dieter Roelen and Mónica Mascarós. We are two passionate travel and design enthusiasts who turned our love for places with soul into a unique project. After years of working in the corporate world and exploring corners of the world, we discovered that the most memorable hotels are not the biggest ones, but those that beat to the rhythm of their surroundings, where hospitality feels like home and every detail tells a story.
Dieter brings his strategic vision and international consulting experience, while Monica brings her sensitivity for design, authenticity and the narrative of each space, from her experience working in the development and expansion department of international hotel groups, especially in the Middle East.
Together with our team, we weave a collection of boutique hotels that invite you to live the luxury of the authentic, for travellers who are looking for more than just a destination: they are looking for an experience that transforms them.
This is how Nomad Hotel Collection was born, with our first project Nomad Hotel Xàbia Port, which opened its doors in 2020.

In the heart of the tropics grows a majestic plant known as the Ravenala madagascariensis or ‘traveller's tree’. Its fan-shaped leaves store rainwater, making it a vital source for those who travel long distances in the sun. For centuries, it was a natural beacon and silent salvation for explorers and nomads.
At Nomad Hospitality Group we saw in the ravenala a mirror of what we want to be: a generous refuge in the middle of the road, a place that offers rest, inspiration and energy to continue the journey. Its deep roots speak of authenticity and connection to the land; its open silhouette, of hospitality and welcome.
From this image is born our ‘logo’ as the essence of our brand: to embrace the traveller with open arms, to nurture him with unique experiences and to let him leave with more than just memories, with a piece of us in his story.
